Summary: On January 27, 2021, the District received seven (7) bids. The lowest bidder was CNW Construction, Inc. of Rescue, California, in the amount of $1,116,000.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to CNW Construction, Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $1,216,000.00, which includes a $100,000.00 District controlled construction allowance.
Funding: This project will be funded by Fund 40.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2021-12.
