Summary: On March 24, 2020, the Board of Education adopted Resolution 2020-27 authorizing a contract by and between the Lodi Unified School District and George Reed, Inc. for the amount of $1,780,510.00.
There was an deductive change order for this project of $160,900.90. The final amount of the contract is $1,619,609.10. All work associated with this project has now been completed. This action will authorize the acceptance of the contract and filing of the NOC for the Parklane ES and Plaza Robles High Parking Lot and Paving Projects.
Funding: This project was funded by Measure U.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2020-76.
