Option for providing Lodi USD parents and students with live telephone technical support resources needed to help minimize and reduce potential technology barriers for students during Distance Learning.
Robert Half and Associates will provide the following Tier 1 services:
(1) End User account information
(2) End User support to gain access to online instructional applications or materials
(3) End User computer/device troubleshooting and support
(4) End User Internet connectivity troubleshooting and support
(5) End User navigation or assistance to find resources or information
(6) Directing End User to other resources provided by the district
(7) Services to be provided in English and Spanish
Funding

Learning Loss Mitigation Funds -
Approximate cost is $32 per call occurring Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Minimum commitment: 1000 calls for first month, 500 calls for second month)
Approximate cost is $40 per call occurring Saturday - 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
