On August 1, 2019 Committee member David Mierkey, submitted to the District his resignation from both the Measure L and Measure U Citizens Bond Oversight Committees. Approval of this resolution will accept the resignation of Mr. David Mierkey from both the Measure L and U Citizens' Bond Oversight Committees.
There is no financial impact associated with the approval of this resolution.
It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2019-74.
