Summary: On September 4, 2018, Resolution 2018-58, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive RFQ/RFP for the work required for the New Maintenance & Operations Building Project. On December 13, 2018, the District received two (2) proposals, with Diede Construction, Inc., as the lowest proposer, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) in the amount of $11,413,700.00. Approval of this Resolution certifies the award of Contract to Diede Construction, Inc.
Funding: This project is funded by Measure U.
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2019-12.
