Summary: On August 7, 2018 Resolution 2018-50, the Board of Education of Lodi Unified School District authorized staff to advertise and receive bids, as required by law, to furnish labor, material, tax, transportation, equipment and services required for the Fire Replacement Project at Lodi Middle School.

On December 20, 2018, the District received one (1) bid, we have chosen the one bidder, Bockmon & Woody Electric Co., Inc., Stockton, CA with a base bid in the amount of $593,416.00 and the district contingency allowance of five percent (5%) in the amount of $29,670.00, for a total contract amount of $623,086.00.

Approval of this Resolution certifies the Award of Contract to Bockmon & Woody Electric Co., Inc. The total amount to be budgeted is $623,086.00
Funding: Funding for this project is to come from Measure U funding
Recommendation: It is recommended the Board of Education adopt Resolution 2019-09
